Email Policy Statements

PodsNetOrg is being organized, developed and maintained by a co-operative effort of Podster's in many countries.  One of the 'priviledges' that may be offered to some of these volunteers is an email address at 'podsnet.org'. This e-mail address has as its primary function the conduct of the business of the PodsNetOrg web-site and to advance the concepts, principals and ideals of that web-site and of PodsNet in general.

E-Mail Etiquette, Flames.
The use of flames is contrary to PodsNet policy and therefore to engage in the use of flames with a PodsNetOrg email address is not considered PODster-like behaviour nor would it be considered as advancing the principals and ideals of this volunteer organization.

PodsNetOrg email addresses are not to be used in a manner inconsistant with the rules and conditions imposed by our host-provider. All persons issued email addresses at PodsNetOrg are required to abstain from the practices of spamming, mail bombing and other similar practices.
